2013 Cyclocross Nationals Course Conditions Verona, Wisconsin

The photos below were taken on Friday, January 4, 2013 and show the current conditions of the National Cyclocross Championship Course at Badger Prairie in Verona, WI. Overall the course is in good shape. There is a thin layer of snow over the grass but it is packed down and pretty smooth. There was no ice anywhere since it has been too cold to melt here in Wisconsin. A few sections, including the long downhill have sections with deeper snow where a tire will drop into but the majority of the course is packed smooth.
