Race Day Events and Griessmeyer Law Adopt Highways on the Wisconsin Ironman Course

Race Day Events, in partnership with Ironman Wisconsin and Griessmeyer Law, has joined the Wisconsin DOT's Adopt-A-Highway program to maintain a three mile stretch of Highway G from Verona Road to Highway J, in Dane County, a heavily cycled portion of the Ironman Wisconsin bicycle course.

WisDOT initiated the Adopt-A-Highway program to allow groups to volunteer and support the state's anti-litter program in a more direct way.

Race Day Events has committed to not only support WisDOT's environmental efforts, but to help build and support the local cycling community by giving back to our neighbors on the roads we all share. Race Day Events will be cleaning their adopted highway at least three times per year. If you see us out there, please feel free to say hello, and always be mindful of cyclists on all of our beautiful Wisconsin roads.
