"For the past 10 years, Madisonians have enjoyed driving onto Willow Island to purchase a brat to-go during the annual Take Your Brat to Work Day (TYBTWD) drive thru. This event kicks off the World's Largest Brat Fest, bright and early Friday morning from 6am to 9am.
Three years ago we started a new tradition by encouraging bicycle commuters to bike thru the "brat-to-go drive thru". Anyone who bikes during this morning Brat Fest custom will receive their brats compliments of Saris (we will buy you up to a dozen brats if you can carry them on your bike)! Join us by bike on Friday morning. Bicyclists can go to the front of the line!
In addition to the Brat Thru we are also giving away a free brat to anyone who bicycles to Brat Fest between 10 - 2 on Saturday (May 24) and Sunday (May 25). Brat bucks will be handed out at the bike tent adjacent to the bike parking.
