UW Police "Getting Around Madison"

On September 6, 2011 from noon to 7 p.m. at the Witte Hall Backyard in Madison, UW Police are helping students to better get around Madison on bicycles, mopeds, buses, and as pedestrians.  The following information will be presented:

· UWPD Bike Initiatives

· Transportation Services- SAFE Nighttime Services, Ped/Bike Information

· Interactive Motorcycle Simulator

· Madison Bike Safety initiatives/registration

· UW Student Organizations

· Metro bus- practice loading bike onto bike rack on bus

· Stephanie and Bill- Moped crash victim and his sister
